On Wednesday 20th May, Winterthur Cricket Club began cricket training after being granted permission from the Winterthur Sportamt.
Adhering to strict social distancing measures & observing their own protective guidelines and those of Cricket Switzerland, WCC organised training in groups of five.
Following the Federal Government's announcement at the end of April to allow some relaxation of the measures introduced due to the corona virus pandemic, Cricket Switzerland submitted a protective concept to BASPO which was
subsequently accepted.
WCC then submitted their own concept to the Winterthur Sportamt after the Sportamt announced Deutweg was to re-open.

To ensure everyone read & understood the guidelines & safetly measures an 'MOU' (memorandum of understanding) had to be accepted by each participant.
