The Winterthur Cricket Club held the club's 39th Annual General Meeting online on Monday 12th April 2021.
Due to COVID-19 Corona Virus restrictions, it wasn't possible to organise a physical meeting. Imperative that the committee is in place for the start of the new season, the club decided to move the meeting online.
In his opening remarks and during his verbal annual report, Jiten Patel, President of the club, mentioned how difficult 2020 had been due to the pandemic, but focused on the positives and the developments in Swiss cricket.
Looking forward to 2021, he outlined the new league structure, WCC's pre-season friendly match programme, WCC Family Cricket Day and the realisation of WCC TV.
The meeting passed the Treasurer and Auditors' reports and proceeded to elect the same committee and auditors as in 2020.
There were no changes made to the membership fees for this season and no nominations for honorary membership.
