Official notification, along with the draft agenda and last year's AGM Minutes were distributed to members by email in accordance with the club statutes. The online conference meeting details & credentials will be circulated week commencing 3rd April.

Scott Le Page in his notification to the membership wrote, "Owing to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and BAG restrictions this years WCC AGM will be hosted online via Zoom".

"If you wish to attend and be unfamiliar with web conferencing please contact John Hallam at john.hallam@gmail.com who has kindly offered to arrange test conferences should this be required."
