WCC lose high scoring thriller

St. Gallen CC batted first on a friendly 40 over-a-side at Winterthur and posted a formidable 304 in the allocated number of overs. WCC then proceeded with an almost clinical chase with some good top order batting. Despite being ahead of the game for most part of the chase, WCC couldn't finish well and fell 9 runs short to finish their innings at 295.
