Winterthur Cricket Club embarked on a two-hour journey to St. Gallen for a gripping match against Rorschach Cricket Club. The encounter turned out to be a
thrilling contest, with Winterthur emerging victorious by 3 wickets.
Rorschach CC Innings Rorschach CC batted first and managed to put up a total of 134 runs before being bowled out in 22.4 overs. The
standout performance came from our very own Shivendra Bhosale, who delivered an exceptional spell, taking 6 wickets for just 22 runs. Shivendra’s incredible bowling dismantled Rorschach's
batting lineup and set the stage for our chase.
Winterthur CC Innings Chasing 135, Winterthur CC faced some challenges but showed remarkable resilience and teamwork. Grant, Pio, and
Harsha contributed crucial runs, providing the backbone of our innings. Despite losing 7 wickets, the rest of the team provided solid support to ensure we crossed the finish line. The winning
runs were scored in the 20.2nd over, sealing a memorable victory for Winterthur CC.
